Ways to Wear: The Cardigan Sweater #1

Yesterday, I showcased our new high-low sweater and made note that this is the shape of sweater I wear most often. After sporting our new duster-length cardigan all day yesterday, however, I have to admit that the cardigan is my favorite of our three new styles. It's basically like wearing a blanket, a very soft and chic blanket.

The sweater is rounded along the edges to avoid creating harsh lines across the wearer's body and the sleeves are ballooned with elastic at the cuff. The fabric is the same blend for all three new sweaters and both colors. It features plenty of give and drapes beautifully without adding bulk.

I styled it with a silk black slip dress and chunky black booties. I love wearing dusters over longer dresses and skirts--the look is always elongating. And let's face it, I need all the help I can get when it comes to looking taller!

I like the cardigan so much, I am wearing it again today! You'll have to wait a few days for the photos but I decided to style it over a t-shirt, jeans, and sneakers. A totally different look, but equally effortless and cool. Shop the cardigan right here in dark grey or navy. ($172)
